We are long time theatre artists and educators who have a passion for serving Jesus Christ as messengers of the gospel through the storytelling of theatre. We began our ministry in 2018 or so. And we performed No Panic In Heaven: A Conversation with Corrie Ten Boom multiple times for churches and groups. The Pandemic set us back for a while, of course, but God blessed us with new performances. It proved to be more of a gift to us than we ever imagined.
However, personal life struggles created issues that slowed our progress in building this ministry as we intended. In 2021, my parents reached a point where they could no longer care for themselves independently and we moved them to Waco. And in November of that year, my mom passed away. And in June of this year, my beloved and talented husband suddenly died. So, this ministry has hit a bit of a bump, but God has promised me that he is preparing a “a new way”.
Interestingly, Marion suggested that I turn the interview format of “No Panic in Heaven” into a one woman show. I was blessed to perform it as a monologue twice before Marion died. And this past week because Marion had suggested it to a former student in a position to make it happen, I was able to perform Corrie for chapel at my alma mater, Hardin Simmons University. This performance was a blessing and a bit of healing for my grief, and with God’s guidance, I will be continuing this ministry. I hope to be writing and performing and teaching as Jesus provides opportunities. As you review the webpage, you will discover a form to indicate interest in any of the programs. Please use it to contact me. My prayer and my dream is that with God's leadings and blessings, I will be able to share His message of love and hope wherever I am called.
